Schedule a pre-inspection, contractors, and professional cleaners

Hire & schedule professional photography, aerial & video, sign installation

Promote to my sphere of influence via social media and syndicate websites

Host both broker and public open houses

Review and negotiate offers with your best interests in mind

Layout and manage a detailed timeline to ensure all deadlines are met and contingencies are handled properly

Coordinate with title and escrow agents, lenders, and appraisers

Explain all contracts and related documents

Refrain from dual agency transactions (simultaneously representing buyer and seller) since they are inherently a conflict of interest. Ultimately, they serve the agent more than either of the clients.
